“Only the man! Only man dares to cultivate terraces opened by fire in the perpendicularity of the cliff!”

Raúl Brandão in As Ilhas Desconhecidos, Notes and Landscape

Come and find the essence of our gastronomy, authentic because local agricultural products are present as well as those from our sea, which coexists with a culture of innovation in restaurant recipes, enhancing the use of regional products.

We invite you to get to know each of our destinations in detail, their most authentic products, their iconic recipes and the gastronomic events they organize throughout the year.

Let yourself be guided by the sea along the coast, discovering a stunning landscape, where the mountains seem to rise from the sea, which invites you to calmly savor each dish by the sea and enjoy the high quality of its raw materials in an ambience that mixes with each flavor.

In the heart of Madeira, destinations await you where dishes loaded with tradition are prepared. Funchal, on the other hand, feeds on its own dishes and follows the customs of other regions.  To accompany, nothing like the wines made in the old volcanic soils, being Madeira one of the few regions in the world that produces mountain wines.
