Saborea Madeira is a project supported by the INTERREG MAC 2014-2020 Program which consists of rescuing, reviving and promoting the gastronomic and cultural ties of the Madeira Atlantic Area (origins of dishes, products, techniques, etc.).

The gastronomic routes that we propose will take you to travel through the Madeira Archipelago in order to discover the culture and gastronomic heritage of the island territory. Come and discover the flavors of the stunning landscapes of Madeira Island and Porto Santo Island, in a delicious experience, enjoying each getaway more intensely through the cliffs and mountains and their palates, from the sea to the mountains.
