Try the recipes developed by students of the Higher Professional Course in Cooking and Food Production at the Higher School of Technologies and Management of the University of Madeira within the framework of the SABOREA project regarding Madeira island food.

Within the scope of the SABOREA project, show cooking actions were carried out during Expomadeira, with the aim of promoting some of the regional products and sharing some of the chef's recipes with the public.
